I was responsible for directing the creative team through the end-to-end development of Wayfair’s first omni-, multi-, and single-channel content strategy. This Lil Jon feature is an example of our first “I Love My ______” multi-channel content series. We strategically timed the launch with his Super Bowl halftime show appearance and the launch of his new HGTV series.
I also established an initial 9-12 month launch calendar, channel exposure plan and estimated budgets (leveraging internal and external creative resources) to identify how we could go-to-market with each content series. In partnership with creative leadership, I organized and pitched materials for executive leadership buy-in.
