Global Omni-Channel Promotion

Way Day is Wayfair’s biggest global sale of the year and brand promotional moment. The two day event has historically earned the largest single day sale numbers in company history even beating out Black Friday and Cyber Monday. I led the creative team for several years in developing the creative direction, including the campaign toolkit leveraged across North America and European markets, and the execution across 20+ channels in three languages.

This year we leaned primarily into the core elements of our brand to make this event ownable. Some core updates to the creative direction included shifting the color palette to our brand purple, incorporating raining house shaped confetti and evolving our product features by producing custom 3D imagery.

This was a full team effort and massive undertaking with the North America B2C team alone building well over 1,000 unique assets to capture customer attention and get them excited to explore Wayfair’s deepest discounts ever!
