Promotions are a major part of Wayfair’s marketing strategy and significant time investment for our creative team to produce. Throughout my many years at Wayfair, I worked on several creative systems to help scale and standardize our major promotion work without sacrificing quality. For this new iteration of the Creative System, we developed updated templates and design components, integrated 3D imagery, and established a more scalable model as we increased the number of promotions for ‘23 and beyond. The team leveraged previous learnings and best practices to reduce concepting time and introduce repeatable templates per Tier of sale.
